A family business

Erling Tveit and Sverre Tveit are the current landowners. Olaus H. Dale, Erling's grandfather and Sverre's great-grandfather, began developing the property at Felehovet for cabin building. This was before the road between Drangedal and Treungen was completed in 1964.  Olaus wanted the cabin dream to be possible for working-class families and wrote contracts with low annual ground rent for the tenant, but which ensured him and his descendants the right of first refusal if the cabin was sold out of the family.
